Bodywork at AJ Sports Performance is hands-on support to help you move, recover, and feel better. Sessions may include sports & remedial massage and/or fascial stretch therapy — always shaped around your goals and what your body needs on the day.

You don’t need to choose the “right” service

You don’t need to know which service to book. I don’t expect you to diagnose yourself or pick the perfect option — we’ll talk through what’s going on, and I’ll use the skills needed to help you get the outcome you’re after. 

Two approaches I may use:

Sports & Remedial Massage

Best for tension, soreness, recovery. Hands-on treatment that can support recovery, reduce pain and tension, and help you move more freely.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Best for mobility, stiffness, movement range.
A guided stretching approach that supports posture, range of movement, and how your body feels and moves overall.

Most people benefit from a combination — we’ll tailor it to you!

How sessions work


We start with a chat
We’ll talk through what’s been going on, how you’re feeling, and what you’d like help with. I’ll take the time to listen and understand what matters to you before deciding what approach will be most useful.

Treatment is tailored to you
From there, the session is shaped around your body and your goals. I work in a holistic way, taking into account things like your nervous system, posture, range of movement, and pain — with the aim of reducing pain, supporting recovery, and helping you move and feel better.

We check in throughout
I’ll check in throughout the session and explain what we’re doing and why, and you’re always welcome to ask questions.

FAQs

How do I know which service to choose?

You don’t need to. Book a session and we’ll decide together what approach (or combination) will best support your goals.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you’re comfortable in. If anything specific is helpful for your session, I’ll let you know.

Do you only work with athletes?

No — I work with people of all ages and activity levels. You don’t need to be sporty to benefit from bodywork.

Do I need to be flexible?

Not at all. Sessions are adapted to your body as it is right now — flexibility isn’t a requirement.

Session lengths

30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes
(Depending on what support you need). First session must be a minimum of 60 minutes.

Cancellation policy

• More than 24 hours notice: no charge
• 12–24 hours: 50% charge
Less than 12 hours: 100% charge

A supportive space

I’m a neurodivergent-aware practice and aim to provide a space that feels calm, flexible, and supportive. Sessions can be adapted to suit individual needs, and clear communication is always encouraged. You’re welcome to share anything that helps you feel more comfortable during your appointment.
