Sessions avalible in-person or remotely

Sport & exercise psychology with practical support for wellbeing, performance, confidence, and showing up well under pressure.

• Performance under pressure
• Confidence & consistency
• Navigating high performance environments

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You don’t need the “perfect” goal or the right words to start. We’ll talk through what’s going on, what’s getting in the way, and what you’d like to achieve — then shape a plan around that. If you’re neurodivergent, or you’ve had unhelpful experiences before, you’re welcome here. Sessions are a safe space to ask questions, slow things down, and find what works for you.

FAQs

How do I work with you on a 1:1 basis?

Most 1:1 work starts with a chat about what’s going on, what you’re working toward, and what you’d like to feel more confident with. From there, we’ll shape sessions around your goals and build practical skills you can apply in real situations — whether that’s training, performing under pressure, returning from injury, or staying consistent with exercise.

You don’t need the perfect goal or the right words to start. I’ll listen without judgement, communicate clearly, and you’re always welcome to ask questions or set the pace. Everything we discuss is confidential.

Are you supervised / what’s your scope of practice?

Yes — I work closely with my supervisor for all sport & exercise psychology services. This supports clear, ethical best-practice care and helps ensure you’re well supported. I am on the CASES SEPAR route to becoming accredited and engage with ongoing education to support this.

Can you help our team?

Yes — I work with teams on the mental side of performance, communication, and culture. This can be helpful if you want to build shared standards, improve how you perform under pressure, or strengthen the way you work together in training and competition.

Support can look like:

  • Team sessions or workshops

  • Ongoing support across a season

  • A mix of team sessions + 1:1 support for individuals (where helpful)

If you’re not sure what would suit your team, get in touch and we’ll talk through the best fit.

Do you only work with athletes?

Not at all. While I enjoy working with athletes, sport & exercise psychology is also for anyone wanting support with confidence, motivation, consistency, or performance anxiety — whether you compete or not.

I also support people and teams navigating high-performance environments, where pressure, expectations, and clarity under stress really matter.

How could you help my business?

I can support individuals or teams with things like:

  • Performing well under pressure

  • Confidence and clarity in demanding moments

  • Sustainable performance (without burnout)

  • Communication, culture, and leadership skills

  • Navigating high-performance environments

If you share a bit about your team or environment, I can suggest an approach that suits.
